興航宣布解散前共有27架飛機，包括11架自有、16架向租機公司租賃，但全部都登記為中華民國籍的航空器，自有機部分債權抵押給銀行，銀行團正在找買主。
租賃機部分，租金是每個月預付，12月起興航不再付租金，租機公司一得知興航宣布解散，立即派人向民航局申請除籍，急著要將飛機飛走。
